At Pearlica, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely dispatch
across India. Therefore, cancellation requests are accepted only within a limited time frame.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not
been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier partner.
- Once an order enters the packaging or dispatch stage, cancellation requests cannot be
accommodated.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with:
- Your Order ID
- The registered mobile number or email address used while placing the order
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order status at the time the request is received.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- The full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days from approval.
- The final credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Orders that include customization, engraving, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once
confirmed.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Pearlica reserves the right to decline cancellation requests if the order has progressed beyond
the initial processing stage.
