We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However:

• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen display differences
• Minor variations in weight, finish, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery
• Product images are for representation purposes only

All jewellery uses a 925 sterling silver base unless otherwise specified. Plated finishes and how they behave over time are explained on our Pearlica Care page.

3. Pricing & payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Pearlica reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice

We accept payments through UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders, subject to the limits set out in our Shipping policy.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Pearlica reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Cancel or hold orders pending payment or identity verification
• Refuse or limit quantities purchased

If an order is cancelled after payment, the refund will be processed as per our Return, exchange, cancellation & refund policy.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Pearlica shall not be liable for delays arising from incorrect address information.

6. Returns, exchanges & cancellations

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return, exchange, cancellation & refund policy. That single policy covers all post-purchase scenarios including exchanges, returns, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds.

Manufacturing defects are covered separately under the 15-day manufacturing defect guarantee described on our Pearlica Care page. Customers are advised to review both before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, product designs, images, text, graphics, and website layout — is the exclusive property of Pearlica and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearlica shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from misuse of products
• Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control

In any case, Pearlica's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
