At Pearlica, we strive to ensure that every piece you receive meets our quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid. If it has a lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video as proof.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared by our support team.

Please note: Returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor size issues are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Gift packaging charges
  • Items purchased during special sale or promotional offers

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • In case of approved defect or wrong item delivery, Pearlica will arrange reverse pickup at no additional cost.
  • For approved exchanges due to size issues (where applicable), a nominal reverse shipping charge may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Pearlica reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
