At Pearlica, customer satisfaction is important to us. All refunds are subject to the terms outlined
in our Return & Exchange Policy and Cancellation Policy.
1. When Are Refunds Issued?
Refunds may be processed in the following situations:
- An order is successfully cancelled within the permitted cancellation window.
- A returned product qualifies under our Return & Exchange Policy and a replacement cannot be
provided.
- An order is cancelled by Pearlica due to stock unavailability or verification issues.
Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by our team.
2. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer after
collecting necessary account details.
3. Refund Timeline
- For returned products, refund processing begins only after the item is received and successfully
inspected by our quality team.
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Additional courier charges for re-dispatch or special handling are not refundable.
5. Refund Rejection
Refund requests may be declined at Pearlica's sole discretion if:
- The returned product does not meet eligibility conditions.
- The item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
- Required proof (such as an unboxing video for damage claims) is not provided within the
specified timeframe.
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of policy is suspected.
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where returned items are incomplete, damaged, or missing original packaging, Pearlica
reserves the right to issue a partial refund after evaluation. The final refund amount will be
determined after quality assessment and communicated before processing.
7. Processing After RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to
accept the parcel, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping or
handling charges.
